Take note that the store states this in its policies on firearm sales:
- With the exception of brands sold exclusively by Academy, all firearm sales are final, and customers must return any damaged or defective firearm to the manufacturer for warranty repair or claims.
You have only 60 days from purchase to apply for a return and refund. The store also makes it a policy to issue refunds in the same method used for payment. If you paid by check, for example, the refund will be by check.
