The Glock 33 is one of the models Glock discontinued in 2025. That’s not great for buyers, but it can be for sellers, as the lowered supply can help pricing.

In this guide, we show you how the new and used G33 price range has fared after the discontinuation. You can find how much is a Glock 33 worth.

PS: If you're checking its value to sell your gun, ensure you follow federal rules. Read our guide on how to sell a gun online to stay 100% legal.

How We Calculate Used Glock 33 Values

Glock 33 value is affected by the gun’s condition, variant, and its accessories or upgrades.

Condition and Values

As with every other gun, Glock 33 value can be strongly affected by condition. The best-condition guns (new, unused ones) typically have the highest values.

You can have a professional grade your gun’s condition, but this may have a fee. We do it for free at Cash for Arms if you consider selling to us.

To see how we professionally evaluate your firearm (for free) and turn that condition into a payout, view our 3-step selling process for a guaranteed FFL offer.

Once you have the grade, use these tiers to estimate Glock 33 resale value:

Like-New or Mint

  • The best prices for preowned guns
  • Never used, completely unmarked
  • Perfect in every way

Excellent

  • About 10% less than mint
  • Very rarely used, nearly unmarked
  • Still work perfectly

Very good

  • About 20% less than mint
  • Used lightly, with mild wear marks
  • Still work perfectly

Good

  • About 30% less than mint
  • Used often, cared for properly
  • Still work perfectly

Fair

  • About 40% less than mint
  • Used regularly, never cared for
  • Still work, but may not be smooth

Poor

  • About 50% less than mint
  • Noticeably worn, dented, or rusted
  • May not even be functional

How We Appraise Glock 33 Models

Glock 33 models values

There are three Glock 33 models or variants. What separates them are the generations in which they were made.

Note that the Glock 33 Gen 5 doesn’t exist. Glock never made a Gen 5 version of this gun.

Glock 33 Gen 2.5 Value

The average used Glock 33 Gen 2.5 is worth $210 to $410.

These were the earliest Glock 33s and reflect the midway point between Gen 2 and Gen 3 pistols. The easiest way to tell them apart is in the finger grooves: Glock 33 Gen 2.5 guns don’t have texturing there.

These guns were also the very first Glocks to two-spring recoil assemblies and thumbrests along with the finger grooves. Some collectors value them a bit higher than later generations due to rarity.

Glock 33 Gen 3 Value

The average used Glock 33 Gen 3 is worth $200 to $400. A new Glock 33 Gen 3 costs around $500.

The Glock 33 Gen 3 was introduced around 1999, nearly three years after Gen 2.5.

Again, you can tell them apart from Gen 2.5 G33 pistols by looking for textured finger grooves and a rail. They’re much the same gun otherwise.

Glock 33 Gen 4 Value

The average used Glock 33 Gen 4 is worth $200 to $400. A new Glock 33 Gen 4 costs around $500.

This was the latest iteration of the 33 before it was discontinued. The Gen 4 version of the gun is lighter than the previous versions by 2.12 oz. It’s also shorter by 0.8 in.

Other than that, it’s very similar to its older siblings.

This is a model that holds value well. Because it’s a premium firearm in the line, we use a secure gun shipping and buying system to ensure every transaction is fully insured and legally compliant.

How Accessories Affect What We Pay for Your Glock 33

__wf_reserved_inherit

If you’re selling one of these pistols, you may be able to increase Glock 33 value by including certain accessories in the package.

Note that it will still depend on the buyer, as some want only the gun in its stock configuration. Accessories in less than excellent condition or from unknown brands also tend to sell poorly.

Original Box and Papers

The box has to be in great condition for buyers to consider it worth paying for.

Value: Around $10 to $25 for the matching box and papers.

Mag Extensions

Options from brands like Hyve tend to sell better.

Value: Around 30% to 50% of the accessory’s original value.

Spare Magazines

Most buyers are willing to pay for more .357 SIG magazines. Naturally, higher-capacity ones are worth more.

Value: Around $10 to $15 per used mag.

Extended and Ported Barrels

Can help improve accuracy noticeably. Don’t bother if they’re in terrible condition or aren’t from known brands like StormLake, though.

Value: Around 30% to 50% of the accessory’s original value.

The Glock 33 holds nine rounds of .357 SIG ammo.

The Glock 33 is one of Glock’s now-discontinued subcompact pistols. It uses .357 SIG Centerfire ammo.

The Glock 33 can be fairly powerful for a compact gun. Chambered for .357 SIG, which is more powerful than standard 9mm, it packs a punch designed for self-defense. This can be a selling point for the gun, although the ammo’s pricing may counterbalance that to a degree.

Yes, the commercial Glock 33 was discontinued in Spring of 2025.
