Matt has built and developed many high-performing teams and organizations throughout his career. He has held P&L responsibility for business lines exceeding $3 billion in annual revenue. His award-winning track record spans direct sales and third-party distribution business models. He also has deep experience working with large national companies, including corporate and government accounts, group purchasing organizations, and the world's largest retailers.

As co-founder of Cash for Arms, Matt leverages his strong background in strategic planning, tactical marketing, corporate branding, and technology utilization to drive market expansion, margin growth, and competitive advantage. He holds a B.A. with Honors in Political Science/Pre-Law from San Diego State University.
